SUPPORT ENGINEER (H/F)
Take ownership of customer concerns and see problems through to resolution. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer blocking points.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriated internal teams. This means, access to the R&D or any other departments.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers with a proper recording of problem resolution steps.
Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about features and product capabilities.
In order to better understand and/or support customer difficulty, a 20% International travelling time is foreseen.
Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering
Strong problem-solving skills
3 to 5 years experiences in equivalent position is a plus
Motion control regulation and direct drive (linear motor) awareness
Knowledge of C language
English speaking and writing
